Plan-Managed Participants

Your plan manager handles the financial side. We send NDIS-compliant invoices directly to them using the correct line items — you don't have to worry about paperwork.

Your support coordinator or plan manager can confirm if this is included in your current plan. If it isn't, you can request it at your next plan review.

Can I use your cleaning service if I'm agency-managed?

Absolutely. Agency-managed participants must use registered NDIS providers, and Vibrant Life is fully registered under Registration Group 0120 — Household Tasks. We submit claims directly through the NDIA myplace portal on your behalf. Many cleaning companies are not registered, which limits your options — our registration ensures you have access.

What areas do you cover?

We provide direct cleaning services in Melbourne, Victoria and Hobart, Tasmania. Through our national subcontracting network, we can also connect participants in other areas with NDIS-screened cleaners who operate under our registration. Contact us to check availability in your area.

Are your cleaners police checked and NDIS screened?

Yes. Every cleaner working under Vibrant Life holds a current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (valid for 5 years) and has completed the mandatory NDIS Worker Orientation Module. We also verify appropriate insurance, maintain records of all clearances, and conduct ongoing compliance monitoring.

How much does NDIS cleaning cost?

NDIS cleaning services are charged per hour under the NDIS Price Guide. The standard rate cap for House Cleaning & Household Activities (line item 01_020_0120_1_1) applies. Can you clean homes where participants have complex behavioural needs?

Yes — this is one of our key strengths. Vibrant Life's core service is Supported Independent Living for participants with severe autism and intellectual disability. Our cleaners are briefed on individual participant needs, understand positive behaviour support principles, and know how to work respectfully in homes where complex behaviours may be present. Most generic cleaning companies cannot offer this level of understanding.

I'm a cleaner — how can I subcontract through Vibrant Life?

If you're an experienced cleaner or cleaning business without NDIS registration, you can partner with us to access agency-managed participants under our registration. You'll need a current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, appropriate insurance (Certificate of Currency), ABN, and demonstrated cleaning experience.
