Built by People Who Understand Complex Needs

Vibrant Life Home Care Services is a founder-led, registered NDIS provider delivering disability support across Melbourne (Preston), Victoria and Hobart, Tasmania. Founded by professionals with direct frontline experience as support workers with complex-needs participants, we were built to serve the participants that other providers find too difficult — and to do it with warmth, experience, and genuine care.

Our Story

How Vibrant Life Began

Vibrant Life Home Care Services was founded by disability support professionals who spent years working on the frontline — in Supported Independent Living, support coordination, recovery coaching, and direct participant care.

That experience revealed a persistent gap in the sector: participants with complex behavioural needs, autism, and intellectual disability were routinely turned away, waitlisted, or provided with inadequate support by providers who lacked the experience to serve them.

We started Vibrant Life to close that gap. Our founders brought their hands-on experience from SIL coordination, behavioural support, and NDIS service delivery into an organisation designed from the ground up to support participants with the most complex needs — not as an afterthought, but as our core purpose.

As a founder-led organisation, we operate with a level of personal accountability that larger providers simply cannot match. Every participant matters. Every family relationship matters. Every referral partner’s trust matters. That’s not a marketing message — it’s how we were built.

What Sets Us Apart

Why Participants, Families & Professionals Choose Vibrant Life

We don’t try to be everything to everyone. We focus on what matters most — and we do it well.

Experienced Complex Behaviour Support

While many NDIS providers offer general disability support, we focus on what many providers avoid. Our team has experience in positive behaviour support and behaviour support plan implementation, including authorised restrictive practice oversight where applicable. We support participants with autism, intellectual disability, acquired brain injury, and complex co-occurring conditions — in their home, in our SIL properties, and in the community.

Founder-Led, Frontline-Founded

Our directors aren’t administrators who discovered disability services as a business opportunity. They are practitioners who built this organisation because they saw what participants needed and knew they could deliver it. That frontline foundation shapes every decision we make, from how we recruit support workers to how we design each participant’s support plan.

Cultural Diversity as a Core Value

We actively welcome participants from all cultural backgrounds, faiths, and lifestyles. Our team reflects the diversity of the communities we serve across Melbourne and Hobart. We understand that culturally safe support is not optional — it is essential to genuine person-centred practice, especially for participants from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds.

Dual-Location Coverage

We operate across Melbourne (Preston and northern suburbs), Victoria and Hobart, Tasmania — giving participants, families, and referrers access to a single, trusted provider across two locations. All of our services are available in both areas, providing continuity and consistency.

Our Purpose

Mission & Vision

Our Mission

To be a trusted partner for NDIS participants with complex needs, their families, and the professionals who support them — by delivering person-centred support services that prioritise safety, dignity, independence, and genuine quality of life across Victoria and Tasmania.

Our Vision

To set a high standard for complex behavioural support and Supported Independent Living — proving that participants with the highest needs deserve the highest quality of care, and that a founder-led provider can deliver outcomes that larger organisations cannot.

Our Values

The Values That Drive Everything We Do

Our values aren’t words on a wall. They shape every interaction, every decision, and every support plan we deliver.

01

Quality Without Compromise

We deliver support to the highest standards — not because compliance requires it, but because our participants deserve nothing less. From complex behavioural support to everyday household tasks, every service meets NDIS Practice Standards and exceeds expectations.

02

Empowerment Through Choice

Our purpose is to help participants build the skills and confidence to live the life they choose. Whether it’s developing independence in a SIL home, joining a group program, navigating an NDIS plan, or maintaining a clean and comfortable living space — we support choice and control at every step.

03

Dignity in Every Interaction

Every participant is treated with respect, warmth, and genuine care. We maintain a culture where diversity is celebrated, backgrounds are honoured, and every interaction reflects the dignity every person deserves — regardless of the complexity of their needs.
